Encountering maintenance issues at your residence? Before opening a ticket, please review the House Rules. This guide will help you determine if the issue requires our immediate attention or is your responsibility.
We are ready to assist you in the best possible way. You can easily report problems through the link, by accessing Leevin Maintenance Portal or simply by scanning the QR code.
In case of fire, robbery or accident, call 112 or 999. If you smell gas call Gas Networks Ireland’s 24-hour emergency line immediately on 1800 20 50 50. After reporting to the appropriate authorities, please contact us and report what happened.
For Maintenance Emergencies (e.g., water outages, persistent alarms or water leaks): After conducting all preliminary checks and if the issue remains unresolved, reach out to our maintenance team at +353 89 424 0138 if you are in Dublin or +353 89 611 2810 if you are in Cork.
