First, tell us everything you consider essential in the property you’re looking for. Once we’ve found the perfect match for your needs, we’ll get in touch so you can review the options.
Step 2 – Complete your reservation online
Once you’ve chosen your ideal property, we’ll send you a personalised link to your reservation. Through this link, you can confirm your booking, upload all required documents, and complete the process securely, all in one place.
Step 3 – License Agreement
After all documents are approved, we will create your reservation and send you by email:
● Instructions for paying the deposit
● Step-by-step guidance for signing the License Agreement
● Details on how to check in on your arrival date
Step 4 – Key collection
On the agreed date, you’ll come to our office reception to collect your keys and make the payment of your first monthly fee. From this moment, you can settle in and start enjoying your new home!
